Calls are recorded from the moment this log was added (6 Nov 2026). Calls are made and answered on the phones; click a call to open that customer's chat.
Calling from Kalem Inbox: WhatsApp only allows calls inside a web system through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API (that is how Wassenger does it). Kalem Inbox connects by QR code like WhatsApp Web, so calls stay on the phone. The 📞 button in a chat opens that customer in WhatsApp so you can call in one tap.
Each number connects by scanning a QR code, like WhatsApp Web. All chats from all numbers appear in one inbox.

Status: Active now = used Kalem Inbox in the last few minutes · Inbox open, idle = Kalem Inbox is open in a browser but not being used · Offline = not open.
Chats replied / Messages sent count messages sent from Kalem Inbox by each person. Replies typed on the phone itself (WhatsApp app) cannot be linked to a person, so they are shown in the “From the phones” row.
Active hours / day and Busiest hour come from the times each person sent messages from Kalem Inbox (Istanbul time), like Wassenger's “active hours per day” and “most active hour”.
Typical reply time is the median: half of the replies were faster than this, half slower. It is measured from the customer's message to the first answer after it.
Assigned now / Waiting for reply are live numbers, not limited to the period. Click a number to open those chats in the inbox. Times are shown in your computer's time zone; “Today” starts at midnight Istanbul time.
